Lesson and Fitting Cancellation Policy
We understand unexpected events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. At GolfRx we desire to be fair to all clients as well as fair to the business.
The following is our lesson and fitting policies:
- 48-hour advance notice is required when canceling a lesson or fitting.
- Giving 48-hour notice provides the opportunity for someone else to schedule a lesson or fitting in your reserved time.
- If you are unable to give 48 hours advance notice you will be charged a $30 cancellation fee.
- Lessons and fittings canceled outside of 48-hours will be eligible for rescheduling without any fees.
Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their lesson/fitting for whatever reason will be considered a “no-show.” Your lesson/fitting will be considered used, and the full amount will be charged.
General Refund Policy
Please be advised that refunds for lessons/fittings booked online may take up to 10 days to process.
Collection of Information
We may collect information about you or your account history several different ways: from what you provide to us when you become a GolfRx client; when you use our services; from GolfRx’s Web pages you visit; or from calls or email e-mails between us. Information we collect about you includes contact information (such as name, mailing address, phone number and email) and other personal information that helps us customize our services (such as your requests for special orders, use of specific services, or attendance at classes and similar events).
It is GolfRx policy that we do not disclose, compile, or resell your personal information to any vendor or other third-party.
Security of Your Personal Information
All numbers and letters with some special stamps coming.
Color to choose from:
- Light Blue
Cost is $4 a letter and color or $40 Whichever is cheaper.
*Due to striking of the wedge the stamps sometimes slips and damage can occur to the wedge. If damage happens, we will not replace the wedge but will not charge for the service.
